@Mavrik, il me semble que LTEi est une programme qui a besoin d'un OS 64-bit et dotNET 4.7.1 .
C'est une bonne nouvelle que LTEi marche sous W7/64 parceque WINE (Windows compatibility layer) peut émuler W7 et je pense en utilisent Linux 64-bit WINE serait aussi 64-bit.
Je prenderait un clé USB et meterait une distribution Linux comme MINT 19.1 ou antiX. Avec la distribution antiX je peut avoir une Live USB avec persistence et il y a une possibilité de faire un re-mastering qui donne une nouvelle ISO up-to-date.
En plus avec antiX on peut déplacer Linux au DRAM et avec une clé USB3 c'est rapide.
J'ai pas encore jetté l'éponge, c'est mon intention d'avoir LTEi marcher sous Linux.

It is good news that LTEi functions under W7/64 because WINE (Windows compatibility layer) can emulate W7 and I think that utilizing a 64-bit Linux WINE will also be running 64-bit 'prefix'. I still do not understand WINE prefixes, but learning quickly.
I will take a USB3 memory stick or two and install Linux distributions like MINT 19.1 and antiX. With the antiX distribution a Live USB with persistence can be created and at any time a remaster can be made that creates a new up-to-date ISO. In addition, antiX allows the whole system to be copied and run from DRAM and together with a USB3 stick makes things run as fast as if antiX was installed on HDD or SSD.
MINT 19.1 permits taking system snapshots, so if I do something stupid with WINE configuration, I can always return the system to the last snapshot and continue learning. I still have a lot to learn about WINE.
I have not yet given up, it is my intention to have LTEi functioning under Linux WINE. Up to dotNET 4.5 WINE is straight-forward, but with dotNET 4.7.1 it is a lot more complicated, but maybe I can manually install dotNET 4.7.1 .
